Privacy Policy

This policy is issued by 序衍智能科技（深圳）有限公司 ("SequenxAI", "we"; registered address: 深圳市南山区粤海街道科技园社区科苑路8号讯美科技广场3号楼15142 (Nanshan District, Shenzhen); office address: 深圳市福田区上梅林中康路卓越城一期2栋201B (Futian District, Shenzhen); email contact@sequenxai.com; requests about personal information: ops@sequenxai.com). During website browsing and early-access inquiries we only process information you voluntarily submit (such as name, email, organization, and request details) to support collaboration. We do not sell this information. Data handling for formal engagements is governed by separate agreements.

SequenxAI Platform beta (forecast workbench): we process your account information (email, display name, sign-in records) to sign you in, keep the service secure and provide it. Data you upload and your run results are stored in private Alibaba Cloud storage in mainland China (Shenzhen) and processed on compute servers in mainland China, and are deleted automatically after 30 days by default; you can delete them at any time, and this data is not used for model training. By using the Platform you understand that your data is stored and processed in mainland China. Our staff access your data only to handle your support tickets, investigate faults or respond to security incidents, and we keep records of and audit such access. If the data you upload contains other people's personal information, you or your organization is its handler and we process it on your behalf as set out in "Your data and how we process it" in the Terms of Service; do not upload sensitive personal information. Data uploaded and results produced in a team workspace (including results of the model arena test feature) are managed by that workspace: [Important] by default only the creator and the workspace owner and admins can see them, and the owner and admins can access and delete all of it to administer the workspace; once the creator, the owner or an admin shares an item with the workspace, every member, including read-only members, can view, download and export it and see the creator's display name; member lists show email addresses only partially; the 30-day default deletion applies as well, and sharing does not extend it. [Important] When a member leaves or is removed from a workspace, what they created stays in the workspace and they lose access to it; unshared items are accessible only to the owner and admins, shared items stay shared, and the creator is shown as "Former member" without their display name; if you want to keep a copy, download or export it before you leave, as far as the workspace's rules and your arrangements with your organization allow. A team workspace's free usage is shared by its members; the workspace owner and admins can see how many runs each member used that day. Only the workspace owner and admins can see all of a workspace's call records; other members, including read-only members, can see only the calls they made themselves, meaning their own runs in the forecast workbench and calls made with API Keys they created, and cannot see workspace totals or exports. [Important] If we temporarily switch off the forecast workbench in team workspaces, existing content stays stored but cannot be viewed for that time, and automatic deletion and workspace deletion continue to apply. The purpose you describe when applying for the model arena test feature is used by SequenxAI staff to review the application. Call logs record only the time, type, usage and status of calls, never the content of your data; they are kept for at least six months as the law requires and used for security audits and billing reconciliation; we currently delete them within about ten months. The Platform is not meant for minors; we do not knowingly collect personal information of children under 14 and delete it if we find it.

Account deletion and your rights: to delete your account, email ops@sequenxai.com; we act on the request within 15 working days once we have verified your identity. If you still own a team workspace, you must transfer or delete it first. When your account is deleted, the customer data in your personal space is erased; [Important] what you created in team workspaces stays managed by those workspaces and is not deleted with your account, unshared items are then accessible only to the owner and admins, and the creator is shown as "Former member"; call logs are deleted after the period stated above; account data in encrypted backups is deleted within about 60 days as backups rotate. When a team workspace is deleted (by its owner after the 7-day cool-off, or under the Terms of Service after 30 days of suspension), its customer data (including the data uploaded and results produced there by every member) is erased in the same way, and related data in encrypted backups is deleted within about 60 days as backups rotate. You can email ops@sequenxai.com to access, copy (export), correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask us to explain this policy; we reply within 15 working days and give reasons if we refuse. Requests about team workspace content are passed to that workspace's owner, and we help them respond. If the Chinese and English versions of this policy differ, the Chinese version prevails.
